Robert A. Kingsford, Esquire, has over 36 years of defense litigation experience involving first and third party insurance disputes primarily for Special Investigative Units of insurance companies. He has received an AV rating (the highest level of professional excellence) from his peers through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating system. Mr. Kingsford has successfully tried numerous cases in State and Federal Court involving healthcare and billing fraud, arsons, theft, intentionally caused collisions, no-fault claims, bodily injury and property insurance claims, including multi-million dollar recovery actions for insurance companies in Federal Court. He has also routinely and successfully negotiated hundreds of thousands of dollars in recoveries for his insurance company clients on fraudulent claims prior to litigation.
Mr. Kingsford is a frequent speaker on insurance coverage, investigation, fraud and litigation issues including numerous in-house training seminars for insurers and presentations at conferences hosted by the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee, the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention and the Medical Claims Defense Network.
Mr. Kingsford is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Certification No. 32233R.
